Legacy Celebration Services
Join us for a powerful day of worship during our Legacy Celebration Services on Sunday morning and at 5:00 PM, featuring guest preacher Pastor Anthony Wilcots from Houston, Texas. This will be a spirit-filled day of praise, reflection, and honoring the faith and resilience that define our AMCOGIC legacy. We invite all to come celebrate our past, present, and the bright future we are building together.
Make a Pledge for the Legacy Celebration
In these complex and often turbulent times, the enduring values of faith, community, and love—the very essence of our church's legacy—shine even brighter. Your contribution to this Legacy Celebration, whether through a plaque on the Legacy Wall, attendance at the Legacy Ball, or participation in the Legacy Challenge, is more than just a financial gift. It’s a declaration of faith and commitment.
By supporting this initiative, you help ensure that our church remains a steadfast beacon of hope, a source of spiritual guidance, and a place of unwavering community for generations to come. Your generosity allows us to strengthen families, serve the community, and continue spreading the love of Christ.
Submit your video or photo tribute and share what the AMCOGIC legacy means to you or your family!

A Message of Thanks from Pastor Carlton Spruill
The AMCOGIC Legacy Continues
To every contributor to the Legacy Celebration and every person who attended our Legacy Gala —thank you from the depths of our hearts. Your presence, your generosity, and your prayers made this moment possible, and together we are building something that will stand the test of time.
The Legacy Celebration is not a single event—it is an ongoing journey of faith, love, and service. We are truly building our legacy one brick at a time, and every gift, every effort, and every prayer is a cornerstone of the future we are creating together.
We embark on a sacred time to honor the rich tapestry of lives that have shaped our church. With gratitude, we remember those who left an indelible mark through their unwavering faith in Christ, their love for this community, and the legacy carried on through their families.
This celebration is both a remembrance and a call forward. It is a time for members past and present to connect with our living legacy and to invest in the future of our church. Whether your roots here run deep or you are a more recent member, your participation is invaluable as we honor the past and secure the path ahead.
Stay tuned—our Legacy Wall Reveal is coming soon… and together we are building it one brick at a time.
With gratitude and love,
Supt. Carlton Spruill, Senior Pastor

Honoring Our Legacy Through Our Love for Christ, Church, and Family
Today, members and friends, stand as a vital link to our future. We embrace the legacy passed down to us, allowing it to inspire our present actions and guide us as we move forward.
We carry the torch of faith, extending the legacy through our devotion to God, our care for one another, and our nurturing of the generations to come. Our shared love for God, for our families, and for the Allen Memorial Church binds us to those who came before and propels us toward a future filled with hope and continued growth in Christ.
We are the living legacy of our rich heritage. We are the bridge, carrying forward their spirit of devotion and service to God.. Grounded in love for Christ, for our families, and for our church, we look forward to building upon the foundation for generations to come.
Let us continue to come together, filled with love for our church, our families, and above all, for Jesus Christ, as we honor the past and build a vibrant future together.
